The communication from the team was prompt and efficient when we encountered an issue with our room, and they were quick to resolve it for us. the kitchen facilities in our room were a great convenience for our three-night stay, offering everything we needed in a compact space. As someone who typically stays in hotels for work trips, I found the self-catering aspect of the Sanctuary to be a new experience. While it was nice to have the option to prepare meals, I would have appreciated tea and coffee facilities in the room. the DIY nature of the premises, with key pick-up from a box, left me unsure of how quickly any further issues could be addressed. Overall, the Sanctuary provided a clean and comfortable stay, with its proximity to local amenities and Donington Race Track being a major plus. I would recommend it to others visiting the area for events or leisure purposes.
